Outlook Express for Noble Knights Internet Mail

1.)    Open Outlook Express (If this is the first time you have opened outlook express, a wizard will start you through the process.  If the wizard starts, skip to step 7.  If a wizard does not start, proceed to step 2).

2.)    Click Tools

3.)    Click Accounts

 

 

4.)    Click the Mail Tab

 

 

 

5.)    Click Add

6.)    Click Mail

 

 

 

7.)    Type your real name in the Display name field as shown above.

8.)    Click Next

 

9.)    Ensure the radio button labeled “I already have an e-mail address that I’d like to use.” is checked, and then type your full E-mail address in the E-mail address field as shown above.

10.)  Click Next

 

 

10.)                        Make certain that “My incoming mail server is a POP3 server” as shown above.

11.)                        Type mail.nobleknights.com in both the Incoming mail and Outgoing mail server fields as shown above.

12.)                        Click Next

 

13.)                        Type your account name in the account name field.  Your account name is the first part of your e-mail address with the @nobleknights.com (ie: sword@nobleknights.com would have an account name of sword)

14.)                        If you wish to have Outlook Express remember your password, type your password in the password field and make certain the Remember password check box is checked.

 

NOTE: Usernames and passwords are CASE SENSATIVE.  Be sure you type everything in lowercase!

 

NOTE: DO NOT check the box “Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)”

 

15.)                        Click Next

 

16.)  Click Finish

 

 

 

16.)                        Click OK

 

You are now ready to use Outlook Express to send and receive internet e-mail with Noble Knights Networking.
