Computer FAQ's from Noble Knights Networking
Does Noble Knights Networking use AMD or Macintosh parts?
No. We custom-build only Intel processors and PC related
parts.
What does the 3 year warranty on parts / 1 year warranty on labor
include?
The 1 year labor warranty includes any hardware problems with the
computer during the first year. This does not cover problems
with software or where there is evidence of misuse, damage, or
tampered parts. The 3 year warranty on parts includes a
warranty on most major parts of the computer (ie hard drive,
processor, mainboard, RAM). If a major part breaks, we will
replace the part, however, we will bill for labor at our standard
rate. If you have any questions on our warranty, please e-mail

What if I want different parts than quoted above?
For a valued customer, Noble Knights Networking will quote a machine
with additional or replaced items. Typically, because Noble
Knights Networking does not sell computers in bulk, however, we do
not offer every piece of hardware available. We can only
supply a quote for what our distributors carry.
