Technical Support for Customers

• On-site service:

All on-site appointments will be due and payable on the same day services are rendered and can be paid by either cash, check, or credit card* (unless other arrangements are made prior to appointment.)

• In-house bench work:

All personal computers brought into the shop for service will be looked at within 5 days of the time they are brought in (unless the work has been scheduled beforehand.)

To pre-schedule work, please call our office at 330-723-1543 Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.  (The minimum bench fee will still be charged for missed appointments.  These can be paid by either cash, check, or credit card.)

• Delinquent accounts:

We can no longer schedule work for accounts that have outstanding invoices of over 60 days or more.  If any time there is a discrepancy with our billing, it needs to be brought to the attention of Noble Knights immediately, so the issue can be resolved.
