All
on-site appointments will be due and payable on the same day
services are rendered and can be paid by either cash, check,
or credit card* (unless other arrangements are made prior to
appointment.)
All personal computers brought
into the shop for service will be looked at within 5 days of
the time they are brought in (unless the work has been
scheduled beforehand.)
To pre-schedule work, please
call our office at 330-723-1543 Monday - Friday, 8:00 am -
5:00 pm. (The minimum bench fee will still be charged
for missed appointments. These can be paid by either
cash, check, or credit card.)
We can no longer schedule work
for accounts that have outstanding invoices of over 60 days
or more. If any time there is a discrepancy with our
billing, it needs to be brought to the attention of Noble
Knights immediately, so the issue can be resolved.
