TIME STREAM

Time passes by in a never ending march
Of days, hours, minutes and seconds,
Never slowing down or speeding up
Always moving in a steady unbroken stream.

     Everyday we go about lives
     Never pausing to think about life,
     Always in our own little worlds
     Never pausing to look at lifes gifts.

Each day we go to work
Or go about our daily routine,
But what would happen
If we paused for just a minute or two,
To share with each other
All the little joys life can bring.

     I LOVE YOU
     And I want to share life with you,
     All of its joys
     And hurts,
     For my heart belongs to you,

With your love my beacon in life,
